First Ubuntu Session
On first login Ubuntu will try to push some things, just like Windows pushes Edge. Skip the "Online Accounts" page.
Skip Ubuntu Pro.
Do not send system info to Canonical.
Do not enable Location Services.
Here you can install the software you plan to use. However, before you start installing software, I recommend read the next section on Data Compartmentalization.
Quick tip for you guys, just like in Windows you can hit the Windows key on your keyboard and search for applications or settings for your computer.
I recommend changing your desktop picture and appearance options. To remove the Home folder from your desktop, turn off "Show Personal Folder".
Aesthetics matter, don't trust someone who has a warped sense of disgust and beauty.
